If you thought a great night out meant having to take a trip into Wellington, think again.

The Furnace Cafe & Restaurant offers a Wellington night out experience in Upper Hutt, without the expense.

Decorated in cool, contemporary colours with colourful art works on the walls the Furnace is open for brunch, lunch and dinner six days a week, with the option to dine al-fresco.

We are known for our impressive wood-fired pizza oven and range of delicious up-market pizzas with toppings like steak, onion and Pickle or crunchy nacho.

Now, with the supervision of Furnace staff, kids can top their own pizza base with a choice of toppings and watch their creation being cooked to perfection in the pizza oven.

There is a great selection of quality wines available to compliment your meal and plenty of beer choices on tap: Lion Brown and Red, Speights Gold, Summit and Old Dark and Mac's Gold.

With cafe meals starting from as little as $9 and gluten free options available, rest assured that you will be able to find a food option that suits your stomach and budget.

We can cater for all types of Function’s from Work Parties, Group BBQ’s, Family Dinner’s we have it all!
